Not sure if anyone has seen this but im sure some haven't so here it is. the emblem creator we saw from black ops 1 is returning with a few adjustments apperantly they are going to somehow prevent prepubes from making immature emblems eg.. Although black ops 2 does not support direct file transfers of emblems, this app is designed to generate an easy to follow step-by-step tutorial for every emblem! this simple and intuitive feature is much faster and more efficient to use than online video emblem tutorials..
Video game controllers are designed for just that: playing video games. when you try to use them for other things it seldom works well, and making custom call of duty black ops emblems is no exception.. For call of duty: black ops ii on the xbox 360, a gamefaqs message board topic titled "emblem creator.".. The small emblem in the playercard isn't bad though, right? as for why it's blurry in the editor, i might eventually be able to get higher quality images. right now i'm focusing on stabilizing the servers. i've got a plan i need to put into action that'll get things back to normal..
